Well, Glider and Diana...thanks for both of your insights here. Think what
I will do is pot them up and see what happens. Worst case is they simply
croak, which is what I'd expected them to do when I shoved them in the
water.
This has become one of those little hort. mysteries that intrigue....we
shall see if there's any outcome, doubtful as it now seems...with plants,
you never know.
