How to use gibberellic acid

On another note, has anyone here used gibberellic acid to improve seed 
germination?

I have some old seeds that I'd like to sow and was wondering what the
best way is to work with these.  I understand that soaking the seeds 
in gibberellic acid is best -- what concentrations and how long?
