I too would be interested to know whether your friend has any success
from her chocolate Cosmos seed. I have always assumed they were
sterile. However, the best means of propagation semms to me to be
from cuttings. Soft cuttings take very easily in either autumn or
spring. Hope I haven't missed someone else making this point.
