I'm sure this is true of poppies but marijuana is different. A neighbor
owned a piece of land remote from is home and didn't actually keep up with
the property. Marijuana was grown on his land without his knowledge and the
land was confiscated and he went to jail. Utterly true, I know him well and
all of his family. The only evidence was the marijuana was there (fact) and
he must have known.
PS I grow poppies and plan to continue, BUT Big Brother watches and will
kick your butt if its politically advantageous.
