Since it has been mentioned in a recent message, could someone please explain what is gibberellic acid (GA-3) used for ? I could only find out that "it stimulates stem elongation in plants that occur as dwarf strains". I work in a retail plant nursery in Berkeley, CA (San Francisco Bay Area) and customers every now and then come in asking for it - and we don't carry it.
Thanks !
