Hello Jay,
The seeds from gomphrena are at the base of the flower "petals". Just
collect the dried flower heads and you'll have the seed.
In portulaca, if I'm not mistaken, after the flowers fade, they make
little pods with very tiny seeds inside. Collect the pods after they
are dried.
You can leave both types of flowers to reseed where they are now growing, too.
