Hello,
Germination of stevia by seed is very difficult. I have had minimal
success. The seed is very tiny. Surface sow and just spray it with a
gentle spray of water to moisten. Keep warm.
It is better to propagate stevia by stem or tip cuttings or division.
Much more reliable.
