if you're using a window's based program, check out ACCESS. You
should be able to set up a nifty seed recording system in this data
base program.
I'm just beginning to use it, tho the one I really like was the old
FilemakerPro (a Mac program originally)
Or, if you would like to make your own headings in your word
processor program, you can set up a 'book' in it for your records and
notes. Might be easier to list by alphabet, or by month.
ALSO, someone posted that they have seed for trade. if this feature
is offered on other newslists, which list carry it? Would members of
seeds-list be willing to set up a swap/sale date for such items?
I'm on a dairy goat list, and every Friday, along with the other
normal listings, if anyone has anything for sale or trade, they just
post "Sale Day", so people can delete it out if they don't want to
shop.
And, finally, does Seed Savers Exchange group have a webpage or
newslist?
