Kareena, Gardens Alive is an excellect company. Reliable. Helpful too.
I order their Gardens Alive specialty products for the lawn, bulbs and
flowers and have NEVER been dissatisfied. They are mostly all natural
products, no pesiticides, etc.
Another product I use is Nitron. I believe their site is
http://nitron.com If not, I'll look the address up for you. This is
also an organic-type company.
For non-blooming or slow-blooming flowers I have also used Bill's
Perfect Fertilizer. It smells terrible at first, but it does give
flowers a boost.
Another product I have used is Spray'n Grow (SNG). This will definitely
give plants the ooomph to bloom.
Not knowing how flowers react and perform in CA, but in general, I would
agree they probably need a "rest period", just like kids, so they gain
strength and can perform their best.
Having a blooming good time this fall,
