Re: Germination for Ziziphus jujube?

If Ziziphus jujube is the same plant as the chinese date
jujube the outer shell should be cracked in a vise. The seed
is then freed and will germinate readily. It may take a few
tries to do this without harming the seed.

Can anyone give me germination instructions for:
1. Ziziphus jujube - seeds have already been cleaned
2. Leonotus lantana (Lion's ear) or any other species of Leonotus

Thanks in advance.
