Narcissus bulbs

This summer I bought a couple of pots of Narcissus. I waited until the
leaves turned yellow then removed the bulbs from the pot that they'd
been growing in. Now what? How long do I have to
wait before replanting them? Anywhere but here (Hawaii), I'd guess that
they should be planted in early spring. We have no frost, ever. In
fact, it's seldom below 60 F on the COLDEST nights. Normal day time
temps are 80 to 90 F, year-round. The bulbs have been out for about a
month now. I just cleaned off most of the dirt and piled them loosely
in an open container sitting in the shade on my back porch. I have
about 10 bulbs 1 inch or larger, about 20 smaller ones and a few real
small ones.

Do they need any cold exposure? (I can put them in the 'fridge, if
necessary.)
Is there a minimum time for them to be exposed to the air?
Or can I replant them now? And how deep?
Can I leave them in the ground year-round after I plant them?
Is this totally the wrong climate for them?

Thanks.
