Ron and others:

Before you start complaining to the list, please
make sure you have followed the directions
exactly.  I always check out complaints like this
on an email because of the maillist page I
maintain (below my signature).  Read and follow
these directions provided by the
seeds-list-request server:

To unsubscribe from a mailinglist, simply send a
message with the word (you guessed it :-)
"unsubscribe" in the Subject: field to the
-request address of that list.

I just experimented with it and everything works
fine.
