Though I should introduce myself since I just posted. I live in So. Ca.
Mojave desert.
I am working with very sandy soil, that is neutral, and depleted of NP&K. I
have been stumped for the last several years on what I can grow in my gardens
shaded by Cottonwoods. The vinca, I just move I believe will do great, since
in the sun it is stunted. My mint is doing well right now, but will slow to
a crawl in summer. We get up to 120 with hot very dry winds. Any
suggestions would be appreciated
