Hardy begonias (B. grandis, formerly called B. evansiana) are pretty
plants that emerge very late in the spring, bloom late in the fall, and
are a favorite food of rabbits. You can order them from places like White
Flower Farm, but it's really best to get starts from friends who have
them--they are one of the quintessential Passalong Plants.
