What do I do with Kimberly Queen Fern??
Hello everyone - I bought two Kimberly Queen Ferns at Walmart at a
give-away-price. They are in about a 3 galleon pot each, and they are about
3' high. The pots are overstuffed with roots, but the ferns are beautiful.
Can I remove them from the pots, cut the roots in 2-4 parts, then plant them
back in pots, or in the ground?
The coldest I've ever seen it in new Orleans is 22 degrees. Almost all the
time, the coldest is around 26 to 30. Will the freeze bother these ferns? I
don't mind if they die back, then grow back the next year.
Thanks for any help
