Cindy, I have a willow basket that is made in the form of an egg basket.  I
suppose that a lot of the design elements would depend on what type of basket
you are trying to make.  Check in your area for a basket making specialist
who maybe teach classes.  One thing that you need to know is that the willow
needs to be fresh or it will split so time is of the essence in doing this.
