Triploid hemrocallus are sterile they suffer from what is called Triploid
block.

They result normally from a cross between a tetraploid and a Diploid.
Which is uncommon in it's self.

As much as I know the plants are infertile both ways-meaning both the pollen
and the eggs are sterile.
