Betty, I would think you could plant them in soil, just like any other
Dracaena. Have they formed roots at the water end? Have they formed leaves
at the top end? And more importantly, have you noticed a significant
increase in wealth since you had them in your house??? <G>
On a program on HGTV last night I saw a living room with a big square
glass coffee table on which sat a big vase filled with the things--lucky
bamboo, Harry A. says they are called. They were obviously being used for
their decorative form--these were the type that start off growing straight
and then corkscrew. There must have been at least 9 or ten in the vase.
I am becoming quite fascinated by them.
