Why do you need to take out a 2nd mortgage for more Sarcococca?  Mine
runs. Gently.  Give yours a couple of years and you will have a
bigger patch.  It is not going to cover your space like Pachysandra,
though.  Mine sort of hopscotches around so that there are plants of
it interspersed with other plants.
