Hi Lucinda M Welcome to SG. I've learnt tons and tons already. I've never gardened in the shade before so.... have lots to learn. Learnt today that the tallest lily in the world LIKES SHADE. Yippee. Takes 7 years to grow from seed b-u-t found some smallish bulbs when visiting Salt Spring Island last week so...... And I promised myself not to buy any more lilies of iris AT ALL. Def. have to join GA Now we have two Lucindas. Lucinda Ont and Lucinda NJ. Interesting, because it is an unusual name. Will have to look up its origin. Ginny in Victoria BC Canada
