Sheila - I don't know about the lilies, but i moved the other bulbls you
mentioned last year after they had bloomed and waited a while longer, but
they still had foliage. Ater moving I cut back most of the foliage but
left enough to still see where they were so i would be sure to water for a
while. This spring all is well and they have looked great, even the
Fritillaria which I was nervous about. Later TAm michigan z/5-6
