Cajun: Dewey actually sells most of the Aroids he has listed so this would be
a great source....he is a little expensive but I guess that is all relative
to how available these type plants are in your area.
Have you heard about the "Hill Top" sale in Baton Rouge? It is supposed to
be one of the best plant sales in Baton Rouge. I have friends who plan their
October around this sale. Anyway - I've heard that on occasion Hill Top will
have unusual Alocasia's and Colocasia's available for sale at a pretty
reasonable price. I understand that they have many shade loving plants
available at this sale, one being the Toad Lily (Tricyrtis), which is one of
my personal favorite shade loving plants.
