A couple of years ago I heard that Dan Heims had set his eyes upon
hardy begonias. If true, we should be expecting some exciting
plants. Look what he did for heucheras and tiarellas!
I just checked the Terra Nova website, and the two begonias with
gorgeous leaves are zone 9. I guess we have a while to wait.
