Hi It's Riz again,
I wanted to mention my favorites as you did if that's
ok : )
I'm into uniquely variegated hostas and large fragrant flowers. Medio
variegation is fascinating to me. Varieties like 'Great Expectations, 'June',
and 'Guacamole' are my favorites as well as other I want to get but cannot
afford!!! And for fragrance 'Royal Standard' is dependable, I can't get
'Aphrodite' to bloom!!!!, 'Fragrant Bouquet' is new to me this year, but it
looks great, and I have a nice clump which I just divided today of 'Sugar and
Cream. I'm trying to get a hold of 'Fried Bananas'!!!!!!!!!!, and 'Fried Green
Tomatoes' and a few others.
As for other shade plants, I love cultivars of the chinese blue
corydalis!!!, I'm getting hooked on heucheras, I have species hybrids of
lilies that are elegant in the shade among other plants, and there are so many
others I want to get like trilliums!!! Arisaemas, calanthes, etc..
There's a little bit about me!!
Riz Reyes
