Do you know r. Purple Gem and is it hardy zones 4/5? This is a small rhody
which might escape snow and wind damage. It is very hard to find true
hardiness info on rhododendrons. It is generally available in my area. Any
other suggestions are welcome.
I was in Mass. and stopped at Weston, not too helpful, despite acres of them.
