We don't have many, but my husband did plant a small purple-leafed tree or
bush that gets white fls in spring. Is this a flowering plum, or what? I
know it's very common, came from K-Mart or somewhere. Whatever, we have
daylilies around it and one of them is a small apricot colored variety
with very tall flower stalks, which it sent up into the tree so that the
tree had apricot daylilies blooming through the leaves on one side. Very
cute!
