Re: [PRIMROSES] Companion plants

There are so many great "companions" for hostas that I would not know where to
begin.

My suggestion: Get a copy of the Plants Delight catalogue. In it are listed
the best companions, with the zones in which they are hardy. There are other
sources--I recall that Robyn's Nest and Collector's also list some nice
companions.

Astilbes, begonias, cimicifugas, pulmonarias, some geraniums,
lysimachias,ligularias, carexes, heucheras, some sedums--off the top of my
head.
