Only 30? I am so shocked. Nearly as much as when I joined the APS a
few months back and saw that the membership was only 6 pages worth of
small print. And that 2 other people from my town are members. The
species is so vast and so greatly rewarding, I am astounded that there
isn't more interest in them. I'm beginning to understand why our
primrose collection doesn't deplete itself. Sixteen varieties and 2
others from a tissue culture lab on order, and I can hardly give them
away. It's disgusting.
Has anybody ever been to a nursery that had an excellent display of
primroses? Would you describe it? I just cannot seem to spark the
interest of most people in them.
