I guess this means that you do NOT want to hear that our weather was 85
degrees today!! It sound wonderful but it is very deceiving indeed. The
garden has already begun to come out of it's short, very short winter's sleep
and if we are hit with a frost or freeze these plants will be hit hard.
I'm not sure if the J. Painted Fern is hardy in Zone 4 but I do know that it
does very well as a potted plant. Maybe, if it is not hardy, you could
incorporate a potted JP Fern.
