What about using Household Raid(TM)? It is a wide-spectrum insecticide.
Another possibility, to be on the "safe" side, is to dust the seedlings with
Sevin(TM) or its equivalent. If the seedlings are in a rather isolated
location, such as basement, attic, greenhouse, I would spray with
Spectracide(TM).
