Hi Denise
        If you don't accept cookies everytime you  come to a webpage that tries
to install them a window will pop up and ask if you will. When I got a
new computer a few months ago I decided not to accept them and I bet I
had to click on about 500 little windows. I finally gave up.
        The only one I saw that wouldn't let someone access infomation without
being able to set cookies was good old Microsoft. If you went to their
website and didn't aloow cookies to be set they wouldn't let you in.
