(ber-GEN-ee-a) or (ber-GEN i-a) or (ber-GEN-ee-uh) but is there really a
right way to pronounce a Latin name any way?
This is one of those plants I just gave away. Never looks good. the plants
grew and had large leaves and they flowerd but just to ratty looking to be
worth the effert.
What people see in them I cannot imagine. My parents said they say a lot of
them in Europe which only adds to my disdain about the plant skills of those
in Europe.
