Happy Year 2000!

Morning! And Happy New Year to all shadegardeners!

Everybody feeling well to start this new year too! I am starting be feel
awake and it is 4 o'clock! And all computers are doing well? Only Fairbanks
freezing with -40 *C???

Norway is doing very well - had 1 cm snow yeterdat to make New year eve
white and pretty - to day it has rained away and look like spring again!

This New Year Evew We made new life to an old signal here in Norway -
verrrrry old - from back in vikingtime - 1000 years back - burning fire
signals all over the country should tell about war comming to Norway - it
took 7 days to getthe message around the whole country
- this day we again lit this old fireplaces in nature all over the country
at 17 o'clock - but now "burning for peace" - and this we hope for the next
1000 years!
It is something strong in doing something negativ to something positive
like this is: taking a war signal and make it to a peace signal.
