The list has, indeed, been a bit silent over the holidays. I have been busy in
other departments so did not especially miss the messages until this week.
Would you care to describe your garden to us? I sure would be interested in
what your favorites are under the shade trees. Do you have a driving passion to
collect in any one genus? Have you been gardening long?
I saw your message on grasses, but I have never gotten into them for some
reason. That is about to change this year, however, as my partner wants a screen
created from tall grasses, shrub dogwoods and other colorful shrubs for fall and
winter viewing. Perhaps a couple of pieces of garden sculpture. About 100 feet of
fence row to hide.
