You can get Hydrangea 'All Summer Beauty' from Roslyn, Bluestone Perennials,
and Windrose (a nice shrub and tree place in PA that carries tons of
hydrangeas). Everyone rates it to zone 5 or 6, but obviously these are not
hard and fast rules.
