A good point, Denise...And if I felt badly treated by a nursery I would try
everything I could to straighten it out with the owner, before I *ever*
said anything on-line. If their attitude was good, and they appeared
concerned about satisfying me, then that is what I would report to the list
if anyone asked if I had an opinion. But if I could get no satisfaction
and/or they were unresponsive to my requests, I would have no trouble
telling the list that also. I sure don't want to drive anyone out of
business, but a lot of what I would say would depend on them.
And I know everyone on the list has probably heard this, but it bears
repeating:
"Michigan Bulb Company. Where every customer is a first-time customer."
