Hi Cindy--- I received the plant as a gift in 1999 following a garden tour
in the Minneapolis area. It did really well in my woodland (95% shade) area
and survived several "killing" frosts before being perhaps the last of my
plants to go dormant. It has medium green heart shaped leaves. Full, bushy
foliage about 20" high. As I recall, the "mother" plant was maybe 3 feet
across. I could not find it listed anywhere either, just a reference to
"pinellia". If anyone knows more about this variety , please pass on the
information.
