Wind chill relates to how the wind blows away body heat, subjecting one to
the cold.
Without wind your body heat forms a layer around you. Thus it does not seems
so cold.
But if you add wind that blows that heat away-it seems much colder than it
really is-when there is no bubble of warm air around you.
You freeze much faster.
The effects of the wind chill can be a much more dangerous effect than the
plain cold.
