Narcissus classification system

Greetings all,

I seem to remember reading somewhere that the classification system for
daffodils had changed recently, or maybe was going to change. In other
words, instead of the old 13 divisions with Div 1 being Trumpets, and so
on, there was some kind of reorganization. Has anyone else heard about
this, or did I dream it?
