Re: Helleborus niger growing conditions

Dear All,
This is a great discussion about hellebores and I am taking notes. I just
put one in the ground 2 years ago, I'm not even sure which cultivar, and it
looks great. I have wanted more, but wasn't sure what to get. Mine is
pretty upright and attractive all year round with green flowers. It has
serrated edges, which ones have the serrated edges on the leaves?

Also, Dianne mentioned growing Himalayan maidenhair ferns. I have always
wanted to try this one. Can anyone discuss the growing conditions and where
you can get one? I am in zone 5 in Illinois. Thanks. Helebore on.......
