Kay,
If your seller will accept one, you can get an international money order on
the spot from any US Post Office. You need to bring cash, checks are not
accepted. They will give you the order while you wait and the cost is not
outrageous. I like Jim Shield's idea - cash. Most of my NARGS group do this
routinely. In the NARGS journals European suppliers ask for currency.
