astilbe chinensis

Another aspect of this astilbe is that it will prosper in dryer soil than the
rest of the family.  I am on a mountainside with all gardens sloped so I
appreciate this astilbe.

I am wondering if other cv's of the chinensis group have some drought
tolerance.
