If shade gardening is to be you craft you can buy all of the books. Each has
something to offer at some level. You can also start a folder (print folder)
and add articles as you find them. (Gene Bush, Marge Talt both online). It
is better to have a hardcopy when you want to contemplate order or problems or
whatever. Overtime you can accumulate information that is tailored to your
likes. Printing posts that offer cv's of any genus with their needs and
qualities is something you cannot find in books as the offerings change so
quickly. In addition, one needs monographs if you pursue a particular genus
plus one or more large late model all purpose garden guide.
I think you should buy any quality garden book you find at a good price.
Before you know it your interests are growing and you will need that book.
