Source for Mahonia repens plant

A teacher at the Chicago Botanical Garden asked me if I had seen a good
source for this plant (not seed) in any of my catalogues.  I thought I
had but can't find it.  Perhaps I was wrong.

Can anyone out there help?  Where can this be bought?
