Clematis

Hi everyone,

As my gardening area is packed so tightly, I'd planned to do
some 'vertical' gardening this year.  I've been reading whatever
I can get my hands on about the various clematises, especially the
integrifolias and the texensis.  A catalog arrived the other day
with a very large selection of clematis (clemati?) and I wonder if
anyone is familiar with Joy Creek Nursery in Scappoose OR.  Also,
what would be your feedback about buying plants... clematis in this
case,
from a grower a coast away - I'm NJ/zone 6.  The catalog says they
grow their own, in a soil-less mixture of peat, pumice, and bark, and

are wintered out of doors.
