Bill, I have to agree with you on that. I put up with it for 2 years and
this year I am not. I haven't even opened the catalog. I got my order
last year with a credit memo. I really hate those! I always request a
refund if sold out. I don't want to keep track of a credit memo for a
year. So I wrote and asked for the refund. They replied that they
couldn't do that. I had a few terse words in my next reply. I got a reply
to that with a refund check with some remarks that they had never, ever had
anyone speak to them like that. As I recall, I wrote that for them to keep
my money after I had asked for it amounted to outright dishonesty. I am
done with Arrowhead Alpines.
