    See where you received a very good reply to your question about the "Upright
Ginger". Don' t know as there is a whole lot to add other than it is a quite, but
nice, plant for the shade garden. Good performer for me here. Decent, well-drained
soil, chopped leaves mulch. Open shade. I have companions of ferns, hardy begonia,
lilium.
