I tried this method and got an "error" message back. I am sure I copied
this format correctly. I went back to the source for finding this
newsgroup and found no answers there, either. I really hope I don't need
to inundate this group with numerous, foul-language, repetitive posts, but
I have already tried every method I know to remove myself from this list,
and am currently not far from starting my more desperate methods.
