Hi, Bobbi. Though this species of Vinca is sold as an annual up here, I was sure
I saw others wintering it over, so I planted some about ten years ago. After many
lean years, it has finally come into its own and is overtaking its area. I would
never have described it as invasive, until this year. It also seems to attract no
pests, and never needs supplemental watering or feeding!
