Bad experience at garden center

Bob - Are you listening my friend. I am not encouraging anything, I am only
telling you what the company guarantees are. If anything, Home Depot,
Wallmart, & Kmart, are encouraging this bring back policy you mentioned, by
their guarantees.

THEY ARE SAYING BY THEIR GUARANTEE = IF YOU ARE NOT SATISFIED FOR ANY REASON
= BRING IT BACK, & WE WILL REFUND YOUR MONEY.

If anyone should choose to bring the plant back, most likely the Home Depot
cashier will have a smile on their face when they return your money, and
thank them besides. I would guess that 99% of the plants are returned still
in their pots, and in good condition.

This return guarantee was especially good for me. I built a 25 by 28 foot
French Quarter type courtyard. I "over bought". just about everything at
Home Depot. It saved me quiet a few trips back & fourth, and gave me the
ability to be more flexable, and creative in my design. Now that I am just
about finished with my courtyard, soon I will return all that is left over
in good condition, and get my money back.

By the way - I would guess that I spent about $1500 at Home Depot for wood,
masonry, and plant products. So they made out like a bandit in the end - all
this from me mainly because of their guarantee return policy.

Hi Joe
I don't think taking plants back, encouraging people to take plants
back, if there is nothing wrong with them is the capitalist way, the
moral way, or anyway and I bet most people on the list agree.
Bye
Bob
